Privacy Policy — Invoice recognition

Who we are

“Invoice recognition” connects your Google Drive to a workflow in Make (make.com) and uses Eden AI to extract invoice information.

What data we process

• Files you explicitly select for processing (e.g., PDF or image receipts).
• Extracted fields such as date, total amount, currency, and merchant/vendor.

How we use the data

• To execute the Make workflow you requested and return structured invoice data.
• We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Google permissions (scopes)

We request the minimum necessary scope for Google Drive, preferably https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file, so the app can access only files you create with or explicitly select for this app. We do not access all files in your Drive.

Sharing with service providers

We use Make (make.com) to run automations and Eden AI to extract invoice fields. These providers receive only the data necessary to perform the requested processing.

Data retention

Input files are processed transiently and are not retained by us after the workflow completes. Results are stored only as long as needed for your workflow and then deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion at any time.

Security

Data in transit is protected via HTTPS. Access to connections and results is limited to authorized accounts.

Your choices

• You can revoke Google access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

This service is not intended for children under 16.
